Diamond Dave

Dave served in the army for 25 years of which he fought in intercompany bouts, got his coaching qualifications and also spent a decade coaching his company boxing team.

An all round nice guy, with a great sense of humour an a wealth of knowledge on all things fitness and boxing.

He is the second elite coach, alongside Paddy, who runs the Boxing sessions.
