Dave pent 25 years in the Army and has been involved in Boxing, both competing and coaching for decades. He's a Level 2 Qualified Coach, time keeper and judge.

Paddy has been involved in the fight game for much of his life, he set up a Boxing Academy and he's received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service for his help at a boxing training center.

Sue has been a massage therapist for 6 years and specialises in deep tissue massage, fascial release as well as lymphatic drainage.
