FAQ's
Deposits & Payment Plans
When booking a trip, you put down a 25% deposit to secure your spot.
Full payment is due 6 weeks before we travel, and we have flexible payment plans to pay your remaining balance in increments of your choice, at any time.
Deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable to a trip within 1 year of your original booking date.
Cancellation Policy
First of all, we’re calling bull on that work event that “just happened” to pop up. But we’ll get over it and see you on the next trip. While back in the day deposits were non-transferable or refundable, this is the new wave of travel and we're here to go all out for our people (that's you!).
If for any reason you cannot go, we can postpone your credit and payment for up to one year from the original booking date. This only applies if you tell us at least 28 days prior to departure. We pay for all the accommodation, vendors, and staff long before you arrive, so no transfers can be made within the month of travel.
Now... what we can’t help you out with? The FOMO that’ll come from watching the adventure on Instagram stories from home. Check out the Terms and Conditions and About pages for more info.
AND ALSO, GET TRAVEL INSURANCE!
Fitness & Activity on Trips
Do I need to be a boxer or a jacked gym junkie to go on your retreats? Definitely not!
All levels of fitness and boxing ability are welcome- even if you’ve never put on a pair of gloves or done any form of exercise.

Coming to all workouts is highly encouraged but not mandatory, our coaches are very skilled and experienced so can make adjustments for various fitness levels and regress or progress exercises and workouts to suit you. The point is to try something new and make memories that you’ll never forget.
Solo Travel
DO IT.

In fact, we recommend you sign up alone (most people do).

It's a scary thing but it's the best way to be who you want to be and have no attachments to your life at home (job/friends/whatever).
Within 30 seconds of arriving, you will feel so warm and welcomed into the Lights Out community.
Arrival days are always planned to have a big group dinner with icebreakers, fun themes, dance parties and of course, some liquid courage (lol).
Any pre-trip jitters will be immediately gone. If this is something holding you back, we would love to set up a call between you and one of our team to share more info.
